I am an avid rag/wipe purchaser and had previously purchased from another rag company. After coming across your site, which is not campy or cartoonish like some I have seen, I decided to get a quote on some items. After submitting an email through the site I was contacted and the person I spoke to was very informative. Yes, I ended up making a substantial purchase, best decision I have made.
